Making the Right Choices for Your eLearning:
Setting the Vision

Description

You are faced with a series of choices when organizing and implementing an eLearning program for your organization. The success of your eLearning endeavor is dependent upon making choices that are appropriate for your organization's particular circumstances and the education or training challenge you face.

This course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to make better-informed decisions about eLearning. Collectively, these decisions will set a vision for eLearning success. You will get hands-on experience in using a number of different asynchronous and synchronous learning tools and technologies. You will apply learning to a chosen organization (yours, or a specific case study). This will be the context of each assignment and activity within the course. This same organization will also become the context for future courses in the program. You will be applying concepts to a realistic situation and developing competencies in eLearning design, management, and evaluation throughout the program.
