Before launching eLearning, it helps to have a better understanding of the target audience and other stakeholders' needs. eLearn Campus has developed techniques for assessing learner and stakeholder needs. The needs analysis serves as the basis for subsequent design.

Design

There are two elements of design that are critical: learning design and graphical design. eLearning is not like classroom education, either in its method of teaching or how it engages the learners’ senses. We apply active learning principles to all our design and use graphical elements to engage the learner.

Development

This involves working with a range of expertise to produce excellent eLearning.  It typically involves us working with subject matter experts to develop the content, media developers to develop engaging and interactive exercises (e.g. Flash) and web and database technical experts. We bring together all this expertise to ensure that the eLearning solution works on many levels: technical, pedagogical, and visual.

Support and Hosting

We offer the option of externally hosting your solution and provide 24-7-365 support for your solution.

Solution Roll-Out

We offer expertise to successfully implement your eLearning programs, which include crucial components like marketing, promotion, and change management.

Evaluation

This is all about designing a system of relevant metrics so that you know that eLearning is working for you. We embed the metrics into the solution so as to streamline evaluation and provide just-in-time management analytics.
